Before joining Massey, he was a teaching fellow at the University of Waikato. Salman holds a PhD in human resource management and organizational behavior from Auckland University of Technology, New Zealand. His research focuses on the role of emotions in the workplace. Salman’s research has featured in highly-ranked journals and conferences. Salman has taught in areas of human resource management, leadership, organizational behavior and international business. He is an active member of Te P奴naha Matatini (TPM) research group.
